Review replies: answer reviews openly
Only a buyer who has actually messaged with you can write a review. You can reply to each review once, publicly.
What it does
- A review is left from a conversation the business has replied to; each buyer writes one review per business and can update it.
- You write one reply to each review; you can edit the reply later.
- Phone numbers, links and banned expressions are not accepted in replies.
- The rating breakdown and recent reviews appear on your storefront; all reviews appear on a separate reviews page.

Write a short, polite reply; thank the buyer or explain how you solved the problem.
