Requests and messages: do not keep buyers waiting

Buyers leave requests on the listing page, part seekers post what they need, and messages come in. It is all in one place; businesses that reply quickly stand out to buyers.

What it does

  • Requests from the form on the listing page are collected on the Requests screen.
  • You can reply with a part you have to buyers who post what they could not find with the "I'm looking for a part" form.
  • Messages refresh automatically while open; you do not need to reload the page.
  • You can block a buyer who is bothering you.
  • Your phone gets a notification for new requests and messages.

How it works

  1. Get notified

    When a new request or message comes in, you get a notification from the app.

  2. Reply

    From the Requests screen, call the buyer, message them on WhatsApp or reply with a message.

  3. Make a deal

    You discuss price, delivery and payment directly with the buyer; no one stands in between.
