Bulk upload: Excel, CSV and bulk photos
If you already have a parts list, there is no need to enter each one. Fill in the template and upload the file, or send a folder of photos at once.
What it does
- Download the template, fill in your parts row by row, save it as "CSV" in Excel and upload it.
- A row that matches a stock code or listing number updates that listing's price and stock; stock 0 pauses the listing.
- A row with no match goes to the approval queue as a new listing; it does not go live until you approve it.
- You can download your current listings as a file and change prices in bulk.
- Upload many photos at once on the web; each photo becomes a separate draft.

Download the template
In the web dashboard, download the template or your current listings from the Import page.

Fill in and upload
Fill in the rows and upload the file. The system processes each row separately.

See the results
You see how many listings were added, how many were updated, and the rows with errors by row number.
