Stock sync: let your inventory software keep your listings current

If you already track stock and prices in another program, do not enter them twice. Connect your feed URL or API key and your listings update automatically.

What it does

  • A feed URL in XML, CSV or JSON format is read every 6 hours; you can also run it manually.
  • With an API key, you can send prices and stock from your own software.
  • Listings with a matching stock code get their price and stock updated; a listing with stock 0 is paused.
  • If the feed cannot be read 5 times in a row, it stops and you are notified; bad data does not spread to your listings.

How it works

  1. Add a feed or key

    In the web dashboard, enter your feed URL on the Stock sync page or create an API key.

  2. Map the fields

    Stock code, price and stock fields are recognized from the column names.

  3. Track the results

    See the result of each run, with the number of updated items and items with errors, on the same page.
