Team and invite codes: your staff join with a code

What it does

• An invite code has 6 characters, is created for a specific role, is valid for 7 days and can be used up to 10 times; you can cancel it at any time.
• Roles: owner, manager and staff. No one can assign a role higher than their own.
• Staff do not see billing, team or analytics totals.
• The activity log shows who added, edited or sold which listing.
• Your team size cannot exceed the staff limit in your plan.

How it works

1. 1

   Create the code

   On the Team screen in the web dashboard or the app, choose the role and create the code.

2. 2

   Give it to your staff

   Your staff member taps "Join with invite code" in the app, verifies their phone and enters the code.

3. 3

   Work together

   Your staff member joins the team; their listings and activity appear in your account.
