Is it paid?
Your first 50 listings are free and no card is required. For more listings, you choose one of the plans on the Plans page. Prices are public and include VAT.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. CepParça is not a marketplace; there is no payment, cart or shipping. Buyers call or message you, and you handle the negotiation.
How is my business verified?
You upload your tax certificate when you sign up; our team checks your company name and address. A verified business's listings go live and a seal appears on its storefront.
Does the system make up part numbers?
No. It only fills in a number read from the photo or matched in the catalog; fields it is not sure about are marked "check". No listing goes live until you approve it.
Can I bulk upload from my inventory software?
Yes. You can do bulk listings and price updates with Excel (CSV), and on eligible plans you can sync stock and prices automatically with an XML, CSV or JSON feed URL or an API key.
Can my staff add listings too?
Yes. You create an invite code on the Team screen; your staff member enters the code in the app and joins. Depending on their role, they add listings, see requests or only use the approval queue.
Can I buy a plan or ads in the app?
No. Plans and ads are handled only in the web dashboard; in the app you see their status.
What happens if I cancel an ad before it starts?
An ad that has not started is fully refunded. Ads can only be placed on live listings.
Does buying an ad change my ranking in search?
Organic ranking is not for sale. A sponsored listing is shown in a separate row labeled "Featured"; sponsored content on a page never exceeds one sixth of the results.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. There is no commitment; you can cancel at any time from the Plan page in the web dashboard.
